I'm really having fun with this trend right now. Thigh highs are great because they add some va va voom to an outfit and you don't have to shave before you wear your short dress or shorts. ;) J

It seems like thigh highs give the illusion of wearing long boots. I say when it's too hot for long boots, wear sexy thigh highs instead.
